Movement is influenced by the way we think, sense and feel. On the other hand the experience of movement changes the way we think about us and our possibilities, changes the way we perceive the world and the way we feel.

Four seminars deal with the question how these internal processes are linked with movement and how a set of experience influences your self perception.

In every seminar a set of movement experiments will aim on understanding your way of moving in more detail.

You’ll begin to understand howyour self-perception limits the way you move you can generate variations in your thinking patterns to change your movement you can differentiate the use of your senses and integrate the change into new movement patterns the way you move influences the way you feel.

The seminars are practical and aimed on exploring your patterns and are influenced by different movement schools like the Feldenkrais-Method, Fighting Monkey, Play-Fight by Bruno Caverna, Aikido, Juggling, Contemporary Dance and Comedia dell‘ arte.

All seminars are open for professionals and beginners of movement practice.
